- Better suppliers and ingredients
- New properties to purchase
- Police bribery options
- Staff recruitment pool

| Customer loyalty milestone | +15–25 |

Rank Thresholds
| Rank | Rep Required | Key Unlock |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Starting | Basic suppliers |
| 2 | 500 | First dealer slot, better ingredients |
| 3 | 1,500 | Meth production, second property |
| 4 | 3,500 | Police contacts, expanded zones |
| 5 | 7,500 | Cocaine, luxury customers |
| 6 | 15,000 | Full automation equipment |
| 7+ | 30,000+ | End-game content |
Fastest Rep Strategies
1. Prioritize New Customers
First sale to any NPC gives a big bonus. Map out potential customers and introduce yourself to new ones regularly.
2. Sell Quality Over Volume
3-effect product gives a rep bonus on every sale. The extra mixing cost is worth it.
3. Complete Delivery Requests
Some customers make specific requests (certain effects, certain amounts). Completing these gives 3–5× normal rep.
4. Don't Let Customers Go to Rivals
If a customer is poached by competition, you lose potential rep. Keep satisfaction high.
Rep Multipliers
- Customer Loyalty Tier 3: +50% rep from that customer
- Quality product bonus: +3 per sale
- Territory control: Passive rep over time
