Looting Efficiency Tips

Bag the POI: Clear all zombies first, then loot at leisure.

Right-click containers: Faster than opening and manually taking items.

Smell and noise: Some zombies are sleeping inside containers (looters). Be careful.

Loot cycles: POIs reset after 7 days. Revisit previously cleared locations.

Loot Stage

Your "Loot Stage" determines quality of loot found. Increases with:

• Higher game stage (days survived + kills)
• Gambler perk
• Party members nearby

High loot stage = better quality items in same containers.
