Phase 1: Solo Operation (Week 1–2)

  • Manual production

  • Revenue: $500–1,500/day

Phase 2: Small Crew (Week 2–4)

  • 2 properties, 3–4 dealers
  • Chemist running production
  • 2 product lines (weed + meth)
  • Revenue: $2,000–5,000/day

Phase 3: Organization (Month 2)

  • 3–4 properties across different zones
  • 6–8 dealers, 2 chemists
  • Full product range
  • Revenue: $8,000–15,000/day

Phase 4: Empire (Month 3+)

  • 5+ properties, full city coverage
  • 10+ staff, full automation
  • Police fully managed
  • Revenue: $20,000+/day

Expansion Checklist

Before moving to the next phase, ensure:

  • Current operation is profitable (positive daily cashflow)
  • All staff paid and loyal
  • Supply chain stable (no stockouts in 3+ days)
  • Police heat manageable in current zones

Expand only when your foundation is solid.

Common Expansion Mistakes

Expanding too fast: Outrunning your cash flow. Revenue hasn't caught up to new costs.

Solution: Expand one step at a time. One new property OR one new dealer, not both simultaneously.

Neglecting defense: A rival gang can erase a zone's revenue if you expand without protection.

Solution: Assign 2 dealers per new zone minimum before considering it "secured."
