Tier 1 (New)
- Low max price, small orders
- Accept most product types
- Easy to satisfy
- Build foundation here
Tier 2 (Regular)
- Moderate price ceiling
- Starting to express preferences
- Consistent weekly orders
Tier 3 (Loyal)
- High max price
- Specific preferences
- Large bulk orders
- Will refer new customers
Tier 4–5 (VIP)
- Highest prices in the game
- Very specific about effects and freshness
- Huge orders
